Daily Retreat Schedule

Morning Program: 7-8:30am
- Asana/ Movement 
- Pranayama/ Breathwork
- Dhyana/ Meditation 

Eat: 8:30-10am

Freetime: 10-11am

Midday Program: 11-12:30pm
- 4 of yoga paths (1 each day)
- 8 limbs of yoga (2 each day)

Freetime: 12:30-5:30pm

Eat: 5:30-6:30pm

Evening Program: 7-8pm
- Kirtan/ Mantra
- Cacao

Rest: 10pm
